Dr. Palomaki and her staff were amazing! They were so friendly, comforting, and informative. I've had really bad dental experiences in the past and was very nervous to get my tooth pulled but they did such a great job and I couldn't believe it was over as quickly and painlessly as it was! From start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience. It was proving difficult to find a dentist that had availability and took Medicaid; their office was hands down the The morning of my first appointment I was quite sick and they rescheduled me, kindly, and without fuss. When I got there the receptionist was sweet, the entire staff was truly amazing/kind/knowledgeable/wonderful.

I felt like I truly understood everything/my options clearly and easily understood our future plan of action. Not only that but they listened to my concerns and quickly added in how we could fix/help said issues. They were able to schedule my next appointment quickly and are happily working with me and my neurologist to get some additional medical dental needs. If I could give these ladies a 10/5 stars I would.

I've been going to Lower Habor Family Dental for years and have had nothing but excellent service. Dr. Palomaki does such good work. I had two crowns put in over ten years ago and still get compliments for my smile. Hygienists are very comprehensive with the cleanings. Appreciate their friendly disposition. Our whole family has been very happy with Lower Harbor Family Dental. From the time you walk through the door, you will feel welcomed and cared for. The front staff, hygienists, and Dr. Palomaki greet you with a smile and are timely, friendly and competent. We have a daughter who had to teeth pulled and had great anxiety about the dentist. Dr. Palomaki not only did a great job, but was very kind and gentle with her.
