When I started going here they told me I needed a root canal and they even referred me to a place well after I had that done I was never able to get back in touch with them I kept calling and calling leaving voice mail after voice mail this was going on for about 2 weeks and I still never heard anything back so I finally had to go to a new dentist I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I love Dr Packer and her staff, they are family, she's the 1st dentist i have ever had that actually cared. She cares about the work she does and the people she does it for. My whole family goes to her. She's great with children and adults. From cleanings, to root canals, to dentures. my family has been extremely satisfied with her services. Packers Family Dentistry has helped me smile with confidence for the 1st time in my 28 years of life. I am very grateful and thankful for them.

I was so delighted to find a dentist who really cared about me. Dr Kim was so pleasant to talk to, she went through all my dental issues with patience and she really truly cared about me. I am so happy I found this dentist. She was willing to work with me in stages and did not rush me into expensive treatments. The staff, Tammy and Destiny were so kind and caring they got me in fairly quickly although being booked up. I give the a 110%. I hope Dr Kim recovers from her surgery. Thank you so much for all you have done to help me!

I was so humiliated when I went here. I called the day before to let them know i needed some teeth pulled. Got an appointment next day. Went in and the dentist (owner) called me a drug addict and said it was my own fault my teeth were like this. First off never done drugs in my life, secound off how dare her judge someone. She didnt even pull my teeth and told her assistant to refer me to someone else.

I've been a patient of Dr. Packer since I moved to Maryland. Dr. Packer is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The hygienist, Monique, and support staff are great as well. They are always quick to respond to my dental concerns and questions.

In regards to my rating the dentistry is very unprofessional and disrespectful in the way they treat their patients and the fact that they will schedule you an appointment then the day of cancel it and they will continuously do this I have been waiting almost a full year for my chipped in half tooth to be fixed because they got "sick the day of" how are you mysteriously sick the day of MY appointment. This is absurd And regret spending any time with them
