Dr. Thomas is really nice and great at what she does. The changes to the office will take a minute to get used to. I'm used to the staff I've known my whole life. But, I have high hopes that everything will be amazing. Dr. Caldwell chose a great person to take over, but no one can replace her. I look forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Caldwell & Kathy were the best. I'm sorry that they have retired. This practice is taken over by a new dentist. I'm hoping with time they will smooth things out. I was irritated because I came in to have a certain procedure done only to be told I needed a medical clearance to get it done. Fair enough but they should've read my charts and told me that before I came in for my appointment. Add that to the slowness of the practice.
I never had to wait when Kathy was there. My paperwork was always in order and I was in and out. That said, they are pleasant folks and still very new. For those of us who are former clients of Dr Caldwell they have big shoes to fill but I'm hopeful that they will get better.

I have been a patient of Full Circle Dentistry for over 2 decades and will not consider seeing another dentist. The team is thorough, conscientious, friendly and welcoming and informative. They provide excellent care in a friendly and pristine environment. Service is affordable and highly professional and patient oriented. Her office is immaculate and comfortable and her staff consistently make you feel at ease. I recommend Full Circle to anyone seeking an excellent dentist.
