The doctors work very fast and efficiently, and are very nice, and the braces work really well. It was a little uncomfortable getting them on, though, I had trouble getting a good breath.

Everyone at the Lyndon location has been a pleasure and professional and caring. I have one caveat and that was a experience that I had with the Lyndon manager Tameka. There was a issue with them filing the claim to my insurance and that portion of my daughter's services hasn't been paid. I was told to contact my insurance company and find out what the issue was. Upon doing so I was told that the provider would have to file the claim as a continuing service as there was a small gap in my coverage.
I was asked a billing question from the manager which I didn't know, and she stated that they have already tried to resubmit the claim. Well it wasn't what she said but the manner in which it was delivered. Her demeanor was short and rash. I personally don't think anyone customer or provider should be rude in situations no matter how inconvenient they might be For this reason I can't give 5 stars. Please be more considerate to your patients. Thank you

I love the whole office in general! It made me feel really safe that the office has protocols in place to keep my family safe. Dr. Carl and his team are super knowledgeable, friendly and not to mention they have so much fun! Laughter and joy along with professionalism and expertise. You can't go wrong with Bracesbracesbraces and Dr. Carl! I tell all my friends about this office!
