Dr. Amy B. Farnsworth has been providing orthodontic treatment to Louisville and the surrounding areas since 1995. Dr. Farnsworth received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where she was a member in the Beta Delta and Phi Delta Honorary fraternities.
