Alternative Housing Program [AHP] is a 44 bed transitional Housing program approved and funded by New York State Office of Mental Health. There are scattered apartments located in Bedford Stuyvesant, Crown Heights and East New York sections of Brooklyn. Supportive services are provided to improve or maintain an individual's ability to live as independently as possible and eventually access generic housing.
