Design Dental, Inc. is a full-service cosmetic and family dentist office proudly serving patients in North Liberty, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and Surrounding communities. Our cosmetic dentists, Dr. S. Jeremy Tu and Dr. Trish Schminke, provide their patients with an unparalleled dental experience. Furthermore, as an experienced dentist, Dr. Tu understands the importance of empowering his patients. He listens to your needs, evaluates your smile, and builds a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.

Dr. Trish Schminke's passion for dentistry started 20 years ago when she landed a job working as a dental assistant while in college. She then practiced as a registered dental hygienist at Design Dental for 14 years prior to her acceptance to the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. After receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, she was able to return to the patients and co-workers she dearly missed while attending dental school and has fulfilled her lifelong dream of serving others.In order to provide ideal, comprehensive care for her patients, Trish has chosen to follow in the footsteps of her mentor, Dr. Tu, and is currently furthering her dental education at the post-graduate program, The Dawson Academy.

Best experience ever! I am a new patient at Design Dental and EVERYONE was very helpful and welcoming incliding the staff that were not directly involved with me. The staff answered all of my questions vividly and made me feel comfortable. I was able to get my exam, x-ray, and teeth cleaned all in the same day.
