Not respectful of time, over books to fill his pockets! Staff are rude about the masks. You should never have to wait 2 hours for a visit that literally takes 15 minutes in front of the doctor! Still waiting! So I may have to come back here and update actual wait time. They are saying she needs pics and people are walking around all over the office and no one can take her pics? What is this?

Very disappointed with this establishment. My sister has been going here for almost 2 years due to having to get braces. The staff is rude, her teeth haven't improved much, there have been several instances where brackets have come out of place or some other issue with the braces or retainers. Just this morning they scheduled her for an 8am appt and we showed up at 7:50am, yet they didn't open their doors until almost 8:15am. When I asked the staff if they're supposed to open at 8am, all I got was a "yep". Very unprofessional. Do yourself or your child the favor and find better quality and care somewhere else!

The employees are very kind, especially the receptionist. This review does not reflect their work or professionalism. The Dr., however is awful. He has his appointments so overbooked that EVERY SINGLE time I go there, it's a two hour wait. After you wait for an hour or more he rushes through the consult and the work that he actually does on the patient. If your child's bracket falls off, he doesn't replace it and if he does, he waits months to do so.
If you have questions as a parent, he acts like you're an Inconvenience. Now, I've paid him in full and he doesn't want to fix 2 brackets that have been broken off for months. That should've been addressed months ago. He just wants me to sign another contract and pay more money. Absolutely not, he didn't finish the first job I paid for. DO NOT go here! Save yourself the time and frustration. Dr. Chin is focused on quantity vs quality. Pitiful orthodontic work.

As someone who recently completed treatment with Dr. Chin, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and want to thank Dr. Chin and his staff for always being accommodating and welcoming. Due to my hectic schedule, I was able to visit the Tampa, Plant City, and Lithia locations throughout the course of my treatment. Each visit I was welcomed by his staff and they kept me updated on fees/insurance coverage for my treatment.
Since I did not want to go through a second set of braces, Dr. Chin was able to develop a treatment plan to correct my teeth with a series of clear aligners and retainers. Each visit he would show me my initial visit photos, show me what has changed and explain the next step of treatment. I appreciate that Dr. Chin was honest about what he could accomplish and clear of what his treatment goals were. I would recommend Dr. Chin as an orthodontist to my family and friends. He truly cares about his patients and his community!
