I was raised by a dental technician and have spent my life frequenting dentist and orthodontic offices I have never come across a dental hygienist who cares more about the dental health of her patients as Zina. Make sure you know exactly what your insurance covers! They told me I was "all set, plenty of insurance money still available for the year" but after the short procedure I had they hit my with a $240 bill. I explained to them that had I known it was going to cost out of pocket I wouldn't have done it. The procedure wasn't that important. But when I was booking they said might as well do it because you have plenty of money left in your insurance allowance.
I asked them to split the bill in half because I was completely unaware of anything out of pocket. They unfortunately said no. The old guy behind the counter said it's my fault I didn't know. Ok win some lose some I guess but don't trust these mf's
