This practice is terrible. The front staff hound you for follow up appointments. The doctors were fine. Thy hygienist did my cleaning in 2 sessions. This enabled them to bill my insurance for the second trip because the first cleaning was covered. They said it was because my teeth were very dirty and it would hurt to do it all in one day. They called constantly to schedule procedure that I did not need and my husband did not need. Go somewhere else because this dental group is about making money

Came in this morning for my usual semi-annual cleaning and exam. As I said while I was there; don't ever let Katherine leave your practice. She is the most gentle, pain-free hygienist I have ever experienced. Your practice is blessed to have her on board. I can't say enough good things about Southridge Dental. My family has been using them exclusively for almost 20 years and have no plans to go anywhere else. Kudo's to you all!

I've had these guys as a dentist for 5-8 years. I no longer go with them due to the last 2 years of experiences. They have unnecessary fees like $50 for not going to an appointment. They even charged me it when I called beforehand and canceled when THEY automatically setup a date because I had gone over 6 months without a cleaning. They also charge your card from the account without permission. The front desk lady has done it 2 times now and we are thinking of taking it further to get fixed. They used to be good 5 years ago but now they're crooked and a horrible place to go.
