Mel, Jenn, and Dr Cox are great to work with. This is a relational branch. They take the relationship with you seriously and you feel like family walking in the door. Im not a fan of dentist offices but they make it more enjoyable.

When I first made my appointment they said they took my insurance and it turned out that they didn't. If I would have known that I wouldn't have gone there. I feel like they were dishonest with me. Now I have to pay for a cleaning that I thought was covered by my insurance. It's unfortunate because I liked the place. 1 star for no integrity.

Front office got me in same day, intake/back office staff very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Cox explained my diagnosis and treatment. Check out was fast and they found a F/U appointment that worked with my schedule. From checking in to checkout everyone was amazing.

I have not been back to the dentist for year's and haven't taken good care of my teeth. I was a little embarrassed but Dr Cox and his staff made me feel so comfortable. I don't like going to the dentist but wouldn't go to anyone else. Great cair Recommend.
