Used Car salesmen for sure. Never go there. Never was any options giving for payments. They could see what my insurance could pay and yet racked up 9000 dollars worth of dental work at 1300 a month for the next 6 months. Try explaining insurance coverage and payments BEFORE your patient is in the chair. Maybe give them some options. Not very professional at all. You knew you were taking advantage of me!

My experience with Pilling Wade was hands down the best experience I have had dental wise in my life. I have had braces twice, head gear, spacers, everything I can think of before going here. I was never satisfied with how my teeth looked and I always made it a priority not to show them when a picture was taken. I decided I wanted to get porcelain veneers with aesthetic smiles and I don't regret that decision one bit.
From what I researched other cosmetic dentist are pretty aggressive when it comes to prepping teeth before placing veneers. Pilling was extremely conservative and the prep work that needed to be done before the veneers were put in place seemed very minimal. I wish I found this place years ago. Thank you Pilling and the entire staff at aesthetic smiles. Couldn't imagine getting this done anywhere else

Dr. Pilling is such an amazing dentist. I am always completely numb, the work gets done quickly and his of the highest quality. I would know I'm a daughter of a dentist and former dental assistant. I love this office and all of the staff. Go here for high-quality work.

These guys are just exceptional. I had major pain in my jaw last so bad that I couldn't sleep. They got me in first thing the next day and within 4 hours I had xrays, a root canal and crown. Jordan was super professional and did excellent work. He is just a super nice guy as well, and always makes his patients feel comfortable. He listened to my concerns and addressed them and explained what/why he is doing what.
Hearing him go in and out of other's rooms - I noticed he was extremely up beat and warm to everyone in his office. The support staff are fantastic as well. They are fun and easy to talk with- and more importantly very skilled assistants and hygienists. I don't love going to any dentist- but if you gotta go- I highly recommend Dr. Pilling.

These are the nicest ppl you'll ever meet. Their communication through the whole process was exceptional. I have dental anxiety and they made the whole process with sedation very easy for me. 5 stars all the way aesthetic smiles team!

There are a lot of dentists around, but both Dr. Wades and their team are fantastic. Every time I call or go in, I get the same, consistent, kind, service. The people are genuine and it shows. I have been going to Dr. Pilling since 2005. And I have always loved all of them, their service is always excellent. From when Dawn was there to Erin. Dr. Pilling always lets me come back in whenever I need something or when I feel any pain at all he fixes everything immediately. Sometimes I'll call the day before and they will squeeze me in. Overall, I'll never go to another dentist :

As a dentist, I have had the great fortune of working and learning from Dr. Wade Pilling. Dr. Pilling is arguably one top dentists in the world, and his work is always spectacular. If I did not live so far south (I like in New Orleans), I would certainly have Dr. Pilling be my regular dentist. It is hard to get a better dentist IMO than Dr. Pilling.

If you care about the quality of your smile, you will go here for all your dental needs! They have a wide range of services they provide (most dental office refer out for tougher procedures) and are highly skilled in all their work. Dont believe me? Make an appointment for yourself! They have a clean and updated modern office with tablets up front for the kiddos to use while you are getting work done. They use advanced technology and materials for all procedures. They have massage chairs, TVs with headsets for comfort, and an amazing team.

Left my last dentist to come to Aesthetics Smiles, and it was the best decision I ever made. I have had a bone graft, sinus lift, tooth implant, cleaning, and whitening done. They do it all! Friendliest staff in town, and they never try to push you into something you don't want to do. Several different payment options and plans, to fit your budget. Highly recommended! Just go in for a consultation and you will NOT be disappointed.

Came in for cosmetic bonding done today & Im not gonna lie, I was pretty nervous. After going to 2 dentists & being very displeased by the other one, I came back to Dr. Wade & I am so thankful that I did! I love my teeth! He did amazing! & his staff made me feel so comfortable and eased my nerves. They answered all my questions & were very clear on everything! I highly recommend this office ESPECIALLY for cosmetic work!

Dr. Pilling did a fantastic job!!! I had had some crowns that were 47 years old along with many others that were done throughout the years. Though they didn't look too bad from a distance, there were several different shades, shapes and spaces.Dr. Pilling told me not only were there cosmetic issues, I would start losing teeth in the near future if something wasn't done. The first dentist that ever told me that and I've been to many.
I got a second opinion from the only other registered cosmetic dentist in the area and it took them days to diagnose what Dr. Pilling told me in an hour.He did a total mouth and gum restoration, bone graphs, and two implants along with all new porcelain crowns.He performed all the work himself whereas the other dentist would have sent me to specialists. After every procedure I always left the office with a nice looking set of temporaries His entire staff was excellent and very professional throughout making me feel very comfortable. If I had any doubt Dawns' teeth at the front office assured me my would be great, and the were. Dr. Pilling did hers....
