Services
Root Canal Therapy
Root canal therapy removes infected dental pulp while preserving natural tooth structure. Our specialists use nickel-titanium rotary instruments and apex locators to clean and seal root canals with precision. This procedure alleviates pain from irreversible pulpitis and prevents tooth extraction, maintaining your natural smile.
Endodontic Retreatment
Endodontic retreatment addresses previously treated teeth experiencing new complications. Using advanced 3D imaging, we identify persistent infections or undetected canals. The process involves removing existing filling material and cleaning and sealing the root canal system to restore dental health.
Apicoectomy
Apicoectomy treats persistent infections at root tips through microsurgical intervention. Our specialists remove inflamed tissue and seal the root end using biocompatible materials like MTA. This procedure preserves teeth that haven't healed following initial root canal therapy, avoiding extraction.
Cracked Teeth Treatment
Cracked teeth treatment addresses tooth fractures causing pain during chewing. Using operating microscopes, we diagnose crack extent and determine appropriate intervention. Treatment options include root canal therapy combined with restorative dentistry to stabilize the affected tooth structure.
Traumatic Injuries Care
Emergency care for dental trauma includes repositioning displaced teeth and stabilizing fractures. Our specialists manage avulsed teeth and root resorption risks using advanced imaging techniques. Immediate intervention maximizes chances of saving teeth following facial injuries.

Dr. Sloan Lanctot was great. I am not a great dental patient as oral surgeries make me very nervous. Dr. Lanctot has a very calm, soothing demeanor and explains things thoroughly. He asks if you have questions and urges patients to stop him if they feel any discomfort at all, at any time. His entire team - from the front desk receptionist to Candy, the dental hygienist, were friendly, kind & patient.
The hygienist knew I was nervous so she turned on a heater for me, offered a blanket, and even gave me a squeeze stress ball to use during that procedure! The office is a nice, clean, facility with soothing music playing.
