Dr. Wagner dropped Delta Dental PPO, which is the insurance I have, but never informed me. So my 4 visits this year cost me 3 times what it should have cost me. Very good dentist but that's really shady to me.

This place is the best dental office in town. I have had all my work done since I was a very small child. Pain free dentist for sure. The staff are good as well. The laughing gas is great and works every time!

Going tio the dentist is no fun, however this group makes it comfortable. Amy is the best hygienist ever. They are a super professional team. Due to several career relocations I've had many dentist, Dr Wagner is tops. You will not be disappointed.

The first time I came the dentist was very rude to me and very standoffish (didn't say hello)so I just thought maybe Dr. syndrome! But the second time the staff was rude to me, greeted me by telling me that my appointment was at 8, now granted I was late for my appointment but I wasn't aware that there wasn't a grace period, who is always on time? The solution was them only being able to see my children and I would have to reschedule my appointment (cleaning) which is fine once I was aware that there wasn't a grace period. Me and my family will not be returning because customer service is key despite the situation!
