Our friendly, helpful staff will always welcome you with a smile, just the first step in making you more comfortable. Your comfort continues to be a top priority during your treatment. We believe you should understand every aspect of your treatment, and we take the time to be sure your questions are answered and that you are confident in your treatment plan.
Appointments

We will work our hardest to accommodate your busy schedule. Once you begin treatment, you will see us regularly about every 4 to 6 weeks for adjustments, which take about 15 minutes. Our patients tell us we are the best run office they visit and that we always run on time. We pride ourselves on being available when you need us and want you to have the best experience possible. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you are cancelling your appointment so that we may accommodate other patients.

Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet Dr. Levens and his team, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your specific needs. It all starts with a FREE consultation. Absolutely no charges will be incurred until you decide to start treatment. At your very first visit we will tell you what to expect financially and help you create a payment plan that works for you. If treatment is not needed immediately, and we are waiting and watching for the perfect time to start - those visits are complimentary as well.
