I wish I could give negative stars. I really wanted to bring my kids here because of how great I heard everyone was. Then I dealt with Robin. What a poor choice to have as the first and main point of contact. I instantly decided to take my business elsewhere. As I had this conversation with my friend who referred me, he said she is like this all the time. She won't return calls, has a bad attitude every appointment and schedule appointments without the parent's authorization.

Dr. Griggs and his staff are always so friendly and professional. They explain everything that they're doing step by step so that you are included in your treatment plan. I am halfway through my Invisalign treatment and I can definitely say I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else.

I was amazed how quick and easy the braces appointment was for my child. My normally very sensitive autistic kid handled it very well and I give major credit to Dr Griggs and his staff for this. Also, the pricing is very clear and transparent, which I appreciated.
