Awesome experience at this office! Dr. Chavana is super sweet, reasonable and knowledgeable. Her hygienist is just as sweet, friendly and thorough. The entire staff is top notch! I felt completely taken care of.

I've spent the majority of my life dealing with orthodontists and dentists and this was absolutely the worst experience for me. I went in needing to get new clear retainers made for me, they did the impressions, I paid the $300, and came back in 2 weeks to get them. The top retainer wouldn't fit, so she cut off the back part of the retainer, still didn't fit. I was already upset that I paid for a full retainer and got a half one, but it not fitting for what I paid upset me too.

When I called to ask if they would make me a new one that fit properly, she told me that it wouldn't be any different because I won't bite down hard enough to get it to fit. I may have weak teeth and be nervous, but this has never been an issue in the past. I just went to another place to get new ones and guess what? They fit perfectly fine, no cutting anything down, didn't blame me for not biting down hard enough because I DIDN'T NEED TO with these. Go to a proper orthodontist for retainers, I'm out $600 now because I decided to give this place a try.
