My hygienist, Dorinda, did her usual OUTSTANDING job of cleaning up my dirty teeth [my biology is SO bad, I come 4X/year] and got me out the door quickly and efficiently. The front desk team, including new member, Bailey, whisked me in and out with their usual professionalism and speed. Great care justifies me coming downtown and dealing with usual construction related and parking insanity!.

My first dental appointment since moving to Nashville a few month's ago. Scheduler was very accommodating. Upon arrival, greeted professionally. Hygienist was comprehensive and thorough. Dr Hall has a very welcoming approach. Great experience and I highly recommend!

Dr. Hall and her staff are what it means to have top of the line, intentional, and genuine dental care. I have a "history" of being fearful of the dentist (like most) but Dr. Hall single handedly disarmed my wall of fear the second I sat in her chair. She and her staff are gentle, but thorough, and kind but honest. I feel cared about as a patient and I TRUST their work. Dr. Hall's overall practice operates at a higher caliber than other dental physicians in that she sees each patient as a person and truly appreciates every individual who sits in her chair (that "known by name" feeling.) I mean, come on, the other day both my husband and I received "Thank You" cards from Dr.
Hall for our recent visit. what an angel! My mouth has never felt better, my teeth have never shined brighter. I kid you not, I get compliments on my teeth often and I always attribute it to Dr. Hall. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Katherine Hall's office was a wonderful experience all around! The got me in super quickly to deal with jaw pain I've been having, fitted me for a mouthguard, and gave me a cleaning while I was there. Everyone was super kind, efficient, and helpful!

If it is professional you are looking for then you are choosing the right place. Yet, if you want an experience of comfort, knowing what you are getting into, or just a chill atmosphere then you, again, have chosen the right place. Dr. Hall and staff are amazing. I believe the service starts from the top. Each person I have had to engage with has been amazing from entrance to exit. Dr. Hall has such a warm heart. She will always go out of her way to make you feel comfortable in the dental chair. She has never made me feel ashamed for having a cavity or needing a crown. The office staff also maintain the same energy and are welcoming to all patients as well as accommodating for any dental emergencies that may arise.

I just moved back to Nashville and needed a dentist that accepted my new dental insurance. I am so glad I found Dr. Hall! Scheduling and availability was easy, everyone in the office is friendly, and Dr. Hall was very thorough and gentle. She was the first dentist to notice something going on with one of my very back teeth. Every other dentist I'd been to assumed it was something completely different and didn't flag it as urgent. I'm so relieved that she solved this mystery, and I don't have to deal with food getting stuck anymore. I'm very thankful to have found a great dentist after moving back home!

A wonderfully warm dental practice, that's run entirely by women! As a Black Woman, I have never felt so taken care of in healthcare services. Everyone was so respectful and made me feel at ease. Examinations and procedures are very thorough. Katherine is a delight, as well as her incredible team. I highly recommend this dentist. I'm so glad I went!

She is one of THE BEST doctors I have ever been to. She is kind, gentle, patient. and most importantly ensures you are comfortable. She explained everything throughly and doesn't pressure you to get anything done you don't want. I would 100000% recommend going to see her. Also, the receptionist team is also so wonderful and accommodating.

Dr. Hall and the entire staff are wonderful. Due to experiences with other dentists in the past, trying to find a dentist I can trust is nerve-racking, but Dr. Hall has earned my trust during the past almost five years. She makes herself personally available for emergencies, is generous with her explanations, and is attentive to any concerns without "over-recommending." I feel the suggestions she makes are for the good of my mouth, not the bottom line, which has not always been my experience with other dentists!
They use contemporary technology, the exam rooms are clean, and the hygienists are conversational, pleasant, and thorough. The people at the front desk are fun and friendly, making a trip to the dentist something to enjoy rather than dread. They are intentional about creating a welcoming space and providing a customer-focused experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hall was such a delight for someone with dental anxiety! As a new client, she was very warm and talked me through each step she did. She let me hold a cute stress ball in the shape of a horse and let me have frequent breaks. I was never shamed for my anxiety/phobia, which made me feel much more at ease. Dr. Hall has a great team supporting her, from reception to assistants to hygienists. I was wow-ed by how pleasant going to the dentist can be! I made my next appointment already!

I got to say something nobody usually gets to say today: "I had the BEST dentist appointment!" Going to the dentist is usually an anxiety ridden task (scary/pointy metal tools) but Dr. Hall and her staff were so friendly and it made you feel like you were hanging out with friends instead of being at the dentist. The wait was short to be seen, and Dr. Hall met with me right away to discuss any concerns. Wendy did my cleaning and she was so fun and friendly and made the time pass really quickly.

I've never felt pressured into any unnecessary services like other places I've been to before. Always in & out, very time efficient. However, Dr. Hall & staff ALWAYS take their time to answer any & all questions. Once again, friendly people & exceptional service!! Highly recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hall for over 4 years. In addition to receiving excellent care for routine cleanings and maintenance, I embarked on the Clear Correct journey in March 2016. I've been seeing Dr. Hall for more than five years now and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is wonderful (cheerful, professional) and Dr. Hall is super relaxed and takes time to answer all of your questions or concerns. Appointments are efficient, I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes and I'm usually out the door in about 45 minutes. I have recommended several friends to the practice and so far everyone has had positive reviews.
