I'll start off by saying that I am a very anxious dentist go-er! I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past, which led to me being less than comfortable at any new dental practice. My experience at CinciSmiles was hands down the BEST dental experience I have ever had. The entire staff is so friendly, and instantly put me at ease. They all have a gentle hand and made sure that I was comfortable the entire process.
I ended up needing to have a broken cavity repaired and replaced with a crown. Dr. Andrew was phenomenal. I felt zero pain with my numbing injection, and he checked in on me throughout the procedure. To top it off they called me later that evening to check on me. I'm definitely a patient for life. I can't thank them enough!
