This is my first time writing a review for my dentist, I wanted to express my appreciation for Dr. Hughes, he did a great job for my filling, pain free experience, even did not feel the numb needle. it took only 15 mins with satisfied result, . He is highly skilled!. Recommend Dr. Hughes for everyone, and must say all other staff were polite. Thank you all.

I broke a tooth and a friend recommended Dr. Hughes. I have had some very bad experiences at the dentist in the past and have not been in way too long. From the moment I sat in the chair I was treated with care and respect. Both Dr. Hughes and his assistant worked very hard to reassure me and make sure I was comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend this office!

17+ years ago my job was installing equipment in dental offices in the Northern Virginia area. It gave me a unique opportunity go "behind the scenes" at many dental offices. I choose Stafford Smile Design as my family's dentist. My decision was based on their professionalism, staff friendliness and using the latest technologies which ensures best results and comfort. Recently they fit me in for emergency molar repair after coming back from my vacation. Not only did they do excellent and timely work, they were interested in my vacation.they are like family.

Going to Stafford Smile Design is always a wonderful experience. Everyone is delighted to see you and presents the office in a welcoming manner. The hygiene techs, along with the additional dentist on staff are warm, affable and always professional. They make going to the dentist such a positive experience. I enjoy everyone who works with Dr. Hughes as he is the one who started this working environment. It is certainly reflective of who he is.

For the first time EVER I am looking forward to getting my dental work done. At age 65 I have had dental anxiety for a very long time for some really good reason. The staff was most professional and the office was clean and comforting.

It took me 11 years to brave up and make an appointment to see a dentist again, one of my good friends recommended Stafford Smile Design after I told her about my previous bad experiences. I'm so grateful she send me here I couldn't not ask for a better experience. The whole staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly (for me) kind. Thank you so much, specially Shelby, for the amazing job, and for being so understanding of my dental anxiety.
I'll be moving out of town this summer for 3 years, and honestly I don't think I can go anywhere else for my dental needs so, I promise I'll be extra mindful of my dental hygiene while I'm gone, and not bring a disaster when I get back; see you all in 2024!

Best dental practice ever. They are very thorough, friendly and professional. The hygienist, Shelby is amazing and Dr. Dunbar is a gem. They don't do work that you don't need. Cleaning is not painful or abrasive in anyway and they always make sure you remain comfortable throughout the service. If you need a dental office with great people, Stafford Smile Design is the place to go.
