I've been going here for Invisalign for a while now. Today I just got a frenectomy to help close the gap in my tooth and I couldn't help but get emotional. Extremely professional and well run dentist's office. Alexa was personable, knowledgeable, and seemed to really enjoy her job as well as working with patients. It had been a long time since I had been to a dentist and the whole office helped to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Overall my experience here is always good. Never any complaints when it comes to the way they work or the level of professionalism they exude. The dental hygienists and the Doctor himself are always very respectful and actually care about the well being of you and your teeth. It's always a great experience when I go and I would recommend the place to anyone who needs a dentist that a actually knows what there doing.

Stay Away from Terrace Smiles dental office and Dr. Brian Witt! Initial visits, they practically roll out the red carpet. Once you start paying it doesn't stop. Especially if you are interested in Invisalign. I have lost more than $6000 and wasted 1.5 years trying to straighten my teeth with this office. Trays never fit. Constant excuses and blame passed around. No follow up care, especially if patient is experiencing an emergency. Called recently, no answer or call back. I'm just DONE!

I see no flaws here! It's great they send texts and calls to remind you of your appointments. They make you feel welcomed. Service is great they will take care of you.

I came here for my Invisalign consult, I am very satisfied with the service I was provided by all the staff that participated in my care while there. Christian was my dental assistant and he did an awesome job at explaining everything and answering any questions I had. He definitely did a great job! Very nice and friendly staff overall. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in dental services!

This is my second visit to this office and I don't think I'll be back. In short, things seem VERY mismanaged and COVID guidelines were not followed. I had an appointment scheduled for last week, and when I got to the office they told me there was no appointment in the system and that the dentist wasn't even in the office that day. I even confirmed the appointment over the phone with the office manager prior to the day of the appointment.

I was frustrated, but the hygienist and dental assistant were both very kind and helpful so I decided to try again & scheduled for a week later (today). I went ahead and filled out the paperwork so that I wouldn't have to do it before today's appointment. So now for today's appointment! I show up and have 3 different people ask me to fill out paperwork (the paperwork I had already filled out).

I don't understand why 3 different people are asking me about the same exact thing. shouldn't there be one person at the front keeping track of this? So finally the 3rd person tells me they somehow lost one of the sheets and asks me to fill it out again. Then she finds it in a stack of various papers. Everything seems very mismanaged. Finally I go back and the hygienist is great- she was thorough with my cleaning and kind.

The dentist was nice, but we only spoke for a minute. At the end of the appointment I was aware I needed to have work done, but I felt like the office manager was really trying to push it on me to sign payment plans and stuff right then, which I did not appreciate. Multiple employees were not wearing masks (the hygienist had hers down at one point and was about a foot or two away from my face) and when I am unable to wear one (because I'm getting work done) they should definitely be wearing theirs. Overall, I'm sure this office has the best intentions, but after two stressful visits I don't think I will be going back.

I came in for a cleaning not too long ago and I remember how sweet Gina was! Made the experience super comfortable :) (as I am not a fan of the dentist)

My daughter has needed major help with her smile. Dr. Witt and his whole staff have been super helpful and patient through the process. I've had three opinions on how to "reconstruct" her teeth. His recommendation was the most comprehensive and wise path for such a long process based on her specific case. I'm blessed by his kind demeanor and everyone's professionalism. There's no better dentist, especially when it comes to creating the perfect smile.

Our daughter's teeth have continually presented challenges in how they grew in. Thanks to Dr. Witt, we're sending her into her adult life with a beautiful new confidence.

Amazing customer service, I always feel like I'm family here and all services provided are always efficient and fast lol I've never had a crown put in within 20mins. It was amazing lol I got to work on time.

I recently had the pleasure to sit in Dr. Witt's dentist chair. I must admit, I am not a fan of dentist visits but after the fine service and attention by the receptionist, Noelia and Mama Shirley, it made my visit a lot better than expected with Dr. Witt. Thank you for making my first visit with you as peaceful and serene as possible. Update: I returned for a temporary crown and I was surprised by the fact that with little local anesthesia Dr. Witt performed with the temporary crown with little pain of a pinch. Post temporary crown I have no pain and what a difference it makes when you have an experienced dentist and staff on your side.

Dr. B Witt is a very knowledgeable dentist that takes the time to inform you on not only the importance of dental hygiene but also of all available options. Shirley the office manager is there every step of the way assisting with the sometimes confusing insurance breakdowns and additional financial options. I visited this office years ago and haven't been back to a dentist since due to the dentist being very rude and trying to charge me 25k+ for a treatment plan. He is not professional, shady, and greedy. Never ever again.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. I came in for a cleaning and I left very happy. The doctor was very kind and professional and explained what I should do in order to keep my teeth nice and healthy. They even gave me a to go bag to maintain the health of my teeth. I find Dr. Mitt to be unethical and to care only about the money, it was very clear to me that he didn't see me as a human being! he only saw me as an opportunity to make money! After getting a quote for unnecessary dental work I get to her financial manager and she proceeds to do hard sale mongering strategies to get me to sign for $5.000 right then and there! I would not recommend this place at all!

I had a total 10 veneers, 8 cavities and laser gum surgery in 1 day a couple years ago. At that time, my mouth was a disaster, my gums bled every day and I had bad breath all the time no matter how frequently I brushed. All of that is in the past. Now I am proud of my smile ("movie-star white" veneers) and my gums are healthy. Dr Witt not only fixed my issues, he also connected with me, shared stories and made subsequent office visits something to look forward to instead of dreading. I highly recommend this place.
