After a cleaning, a pleasant dental assistant informed me that I could schedule an appointment to file my bottom teeth. She even noticed it as well. Dr. Kopp was agitated and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my entire experience. When I repeated what his dental assistant told me, he stated "you said that 5 times" and "Do you want her to come in and file it for you?". This isn't the first time either. He previously left prior to a scheduled appointment I made. I was forced to reschedule my appointment upon arrival and take off more time from work. Poor manners and unprofessional overall.

A-1 advised me that I needed to have 8 teeth removed. I was horrified and baffled because I always practiced good dental hygiene and my teeth looked fine. I got a second and third opinion from other dentist. My dentist told me that my teeth were beautiful and I had no cavities. I was experiencing mild irritation to my upper jaw due to a sinus infection. After a nasal rinse I was fine. I spoke to two other women that visited A-1 and they told me similar stories. I hope this place gets investigated. I think they are scammers. I highly advise for everyone to avoid this place.

I am extremely happy with A1 Family Dental Care! The staff is wonderful, Dr. Kopp is FANTASTIC. I unfortunately have had absolutely horrible experiences in the past 2 years with terrible dentists. I have been with A1 Family Care for 2 appointments now and both were completely pain free. I will be telling all of my friends and family about this beautiful, clean office. I could not be more satisfied! My teeth look gorgeous!

Made an appointment and they cancelled. Said I couldn't get another for over a week for a broken tooth. They pretty much told me too bad. Will never go back.
