I'll first start off by saying Hollowbrook dental was recommended to me by friends and coworkers- it is clear that I did not receive the same service that they did. I had higher expectations than I should have, not only did Hollowbrook lose my paperwork but the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about what's happening around their office. I called and got the receptionist who was a little rude, I let her know that I was told to call and make an appointment by the dental assistant when I did she told me that that was incorrect and that I would hear from them but not really explaining or telling me what we were waiting on. It's been almost three weeks and I have not heard anything, the lack of communication in this building is disappointing.

This was the most spectacular, wonderful, fun office. I have so much anxiety and going in I was scared. But the whole office made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Dr. Smith reassured me and now we are on the mission to get my teeth fixed. I recommend this office 100%.

This team is taking great care of me from booking appointments to my dental hygiene. Everyone is friendly, professional and above all, have educated me on options. I like that their approach is conservative and I feel safe that I won't be told I need work that I don't. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about HollowBrook Dental. The staff are very friendly, caring, dedicated, professional individuals. The doctors are all wonderful, it doesn't matter which doctor you see, each one special, talented, professional. This is the absolutely BEST dental office I've ever encountered. If you try this dental office you will be treated like family! I actually don't dread dentists since going here.
