My first appointment at Charlottesville Dental Health Partners was exceptional. I was warmly greeting at reception and was brought back right on my appointment time. My hygienist Mandy was fantastic. Professional, thorough, and gentle. My teeth have never been so clean. Dr. Fredrickson was incredible. He spent time with me reviewing my dental health (even though my teeth are in pretty good shape) at a level of detail I have never experienced before.

He was absolutely fantastic. The office is equipped with very modern equipment that the last practice I used did not have. I will be a patient here for life. So happy I found them!

Dr. Fredrickson and his team are head and shoulders above their counterparts here in Charlottesville. Having had a fair amount of dental work done over the last 5-10 years, I have dealt with dentists, hygienists and orthodontists with varying degrees of satisfaction. My experience with Dr. Fredrickson makes me wonder why it felt so difficult and complicated everywhere else.

He was honest about what he saw, gave clear and concise recommendations with very helpful visual findings to back it up, and made me feel that there was a long term plan to keep my dental health pristine. Peter and his team make what is undoubtedly a complex and nuanced field, something that a customer can understand. Believe it or not, I look forward to going back for cleanings and the minor restorative work that we have scheduled - the experience was a pleasure start to finish - thank you all!

The care at Charlottesville Dental is top notch. The staff is personable but professional, and I always leave with a smile on my face. Dr. Paukert is excellent.attentive, wise, and flexible. The hygienists are gentle but thorough and seem good at dealing with folks who don't always love going to the dentist! The practice has been very good at dealing with Covid protocols. I highly recommend this practice.

Another excellent and comfortable cleaning from Darian, and a very thorough and entertaining exam by Dr. Gary. My check-in and checkout with Rina and Lorraine were also very easy and fun. I always look forward to my visits.

The teeth cleaning went well as usual but the next day i started experiencing tooth/gum pain. I stopped off at the office to see what I should do and my dentist happened to be in the office. He took me to an exam room, checked me out and gave me some medication. Then said "no charge". Wow! that makes for an excellent rating.

When I arrived ten minutes late for my appointment with Darian, I was feeling quite a bit of stress that I had not allowed enough time for the two major traffic jams that I encountered. In a matter of seconds I relaxed as Darien was kind about it and at ease in simply getting to what needed to be accomplished, which was a lot, given missed appointments as a result of the pandemic.

I felt calm and well cared for as she patiently and thoroughly assessed the condition of my teeth and gums. More than ever before I was struck by the amazing attention to detail required by a dental hygienist and exhibited so competently by Darian in both the assessment and the cleaning. Yet even while being so perfectly focused on what needed to be done, she was simultaneously gentle, friendly, and present to me, conveying consistently her regard for my wellbeing. She exhibits excellence in every aspect of her profession and I am very grateful to have her as my dental hygienist.

You're first greeted with woods and gorgeous gardens, then welcomed by warm receptionists. The dental hygienists' rooms each have a mural on the wall of different themes that transcends you, which allows me to relax and not think about the procedures. The dental hygienist are so sweet and do a thorough job. They provide a baking soda rinse that whitens instead of all that scraping to remove stains. The dentist is so friendly and personable, like you are visiting a friend.

I met Mandy for the first time when I had my teeth cleaned after a year of pandemic quarantine. I was - as usual - nervous and anxious and explained that to her. She was fabulous and let me keep the lead vest on during the session - it was actually very calming. And my teeth have never been so clean! Thank you Mandy for your patience, your persistence and your kindness. And as always, seeing Dr. Paukert made my day!

Dr Haines and team came highly recommended when I moved to cville and they are fantastic! Having a dentist who stays current with technology and also has a great way with people is important to me and I am thrilled with the care I have received.
