Trish is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. She has been a Dental Assistant for the past twenty-two years and has been trained in all facets of dentistry, but she has a passion for restorative and reconstructive dentistry and the various procedures associated with prosthodontics. At this appointment Dr. Faulkner will review your medical and dental history. He will also complete a thorough examination of your mouth and jaw muscles including a cancer screening. The initial evaluation is approximately 1 hours in length and at the conclusion of the appointment he will address his initial concerns and determine if any additional records, evaluations or information will be necessary to obtain an accurate diagnosis. Once the Comprehensive Examination has been completed additional appointments may be required.

I have dental insurance, and I found out that your office doesn't participate in any insurance networks. Can I still come to your office for treatment?. YES!
