Shaw Dan F

After gaining his Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University in 1973, Dr. Shaw received his D.M.D. from the University of Oregon Dental School in 1977. He undertook an optional one-year general practice residency at Denver General Hospital in Denver, Colorado and then completed his orthodontic residency at Oregon Health Sciences University two years later.
