Toledo Dental Arts is absolutely amazing! We love the staff, they make my children feel comfy and not afraid. Dr. Hashim is remarkable! So kind, so attentive and extremely relatable with outstanding bedside manners! Thank you guys for being so great

I would not recommend this oral surgeon's office as their billing is not ethical. My daughter had oral surgery in June 2021. It is now February 2022 and we are still waiting for money they owe us. They told us the day of her surgery that my UNION INSURANCE would not cover the entire procedure, and made me pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars towards said procedure prior to putting her under. This was of course completely inaccurate as my dental insurance is adequate.
I have never once had to pay a dental bill nor do I have a copay or deductible for dental, but never the less, my daughter was in pain, so I paid. We have received one reimbursement after calling/ emailing them numerous times. Please consider taking your dental needs elsewhere.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out today and the staff was so great with her. She has severe anxiety and they were all so kind and gentle with her. Even though it was all very overwhelming for her, after she woke up she said she loved them all and really likes going there.
