I was very impressed with how polite and friendly everyone was. I was very impressed also with the dental exam and cleaning. They we're very thorough and explained in detail throughout the exam and cleaning. My dental hygienist did an excellent job. I was very pleased with Westgate Family Dental and I felt very welcomed. I broke a tooth on Saturday and called on Monday 1130 am told to come in at 12noon. Prep for a crown. Always has gotten me in a timely manner Staff always friendly and just can't thank Dr Ted for all he has done for me. Highly recommend him.

Sent a pre approval to my insurance for more work than what we discussed. I never even spoke with them about the majority of the work they sent for approval to my insurance! They tried to jack up my bill without me knowing! I went to another office before I could get the work done because of their dishonesty!
