Don't know where to begin. 1st don't take calls or cancellations over the weekend and no way to get a hold of someone. Then $375 cancellation fee if you do. Staff lies and is unhelpful. Dentist unprofessional and "family" business is ran poorly. Will never go back and would not recommend

I am not sure why these people feel it is okay to send text messages to random NON CUSTOMERS who don't even iive in the area. I have reported them to the FTC but if they cannot find patients in other ways they must have issues. This is a ridiculous invasion on my time and privacy. please keep your contests to your own patients are areas.

I had my first appointment for a cleaning with Silverman Family Dentistry this morning and it was a great experience. I had to find a new dentist when my insurance dropped my previous dentist from the network. Going to the dentist can be nerve wracking as it is, but going to a new dentist can make it worse. Not at Silverman Family Dentistry! From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist was a great experience.
My dental hygienist, Natalie, was fantastic! She was thorough but gentle. And very friendly. Dr. Rick Silverman is also friendly and put me at ease. I'm so glad that I chose this place and couldn't wait to get home and tell my husband how great they are here. He's always super nervous before his visits to the dentist, so he was relieved that I had such a good experience. I will definitely recommend Silverman Family Dentistry to anyone that needs a dentist.

While the service they performed went fairly well, they strongly recommended expensive unnecessary services and performed services outside of my normal cleaning without authorization for additional charges. Another dentist confirmed they were not necessary and just looking to make a buck. Caution scammers!
