We have hand sanitizer available for patient use at the front door when you arrive and leave the office. Our goal will be to limit contact to office team members only and we wear our masks full time. If you suspect you may have been in contact with an infected person or someone waiting for test results, then self-quarentine until testing is completed.

If you have symptoms and fever then isolate (No contact with anyone) until that has passed without medication for 5 days. We are pleased to announce that we are now in Network for Florida Combined Life - "Blue Dental Choice Plus Max" plan.

This appointment is considered very important to both the patient and Dr. Blank. Because of this, we schedule 1.5 hours to spend with you. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you have completed the paperwork at home. At the conclusion of the first visit you should have a very good understanding of your current dental health.

The Dorsal Fin appliance is just one of several appliances that Dr. Blank can custom fit to help move your lower jaw forward while you sleep. Digital (filmless) X-rays were implemented in the office to provide the best diagnostic information. As a bonus we have reduced the x-ray machine to half of the old setting that we used with conventional films. Images are seen on the computer screen in seconds! Less radiation, faster images!
