Who We Are

You can feel it the minute you walk in the door. This is no ordinary dental office. Actually, it's more of a home than an office. We're located in a charming Victorian house, carefully restored with all the comforts and tools of modern dentistry. Since 1939, when Dr. Howard Curtis first began practicing in this location, this warm and welcoming home has been a dental practice for generations of area residents. In the late 1980's, when Dr. Bryan Cecchi took over the practice, people who were first brought here as kids, now bring their own children here.

I answer to a lot of names, just ask my kids - I have three currently in those colorful teen years. To give you a brief sketch of who I am, I was raised in western Pennsylvania and came to Philadelphia to attend Villanova. After graduation, I enrolled in the Temple University School of Dentistry and earned my DMD degree.

If you know your local history, then you may know that our stately Victorian building once housed the dental practice of Dr. Howard Curtis. He faithfully served patients here for almost 50 years. In 1987, he retired and sold his practice to Dr. Bryan Cecchi. Since then, under the name Media Dental Arts, we have continued the tradition of providing state-of-the-art dental care for the community. Same dedication. Same location. Over the years, this historic Victorian home and office has been carefully restored.
