They are advanced compared to other dental offices in the area; all the staff seemed very friendly and caring. Dr Brewer is the best dentist I've seen since I moved to Ohio 4 years ago.

Had my 1st visit at Great Lakes Dental and it was by far the best and most thorough I've ever had! Everyone is very friendly and it is a very comfortable environment. My hygienist Stephanie is one of the best around and Dr. Brewer made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Everyone I talked to at my appointment today was SUPER friendly. made me feel comfortably at home. My hygienist Hannah was incredible, she explained everything thoroughly and took great care of me. I had to bring my two year toddler along but that didnt frustrate Hannah or other team members at all. That warmed my heart because we all know how toddlers can be when we're trying to take care of business LOL. The lobby and exam rooms are beautifully designed and clean. I'm so happy I chose this office for my dental needs! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to Great Lakes Dental for more years than I can remember. I'm 70 now, but as a child seeing the dentist was a traumatic experience. There's no fear here though. staff is competent and always makes me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, maybe I'd take better care of my teeth if that wasn't the case. Seriously though, I feel like family. And they always bend over backwards to work with my insurance company.

Best overall service bar none! It's the amazing customer service like we experienced at Great Lakes Dental that separates them from other dentists. I can't say enough positive things about the staff and the way we were treated during our visits. The major kudos to our Dentist, Dr. Brewer and her hygiene staff!

I just had a filling replaced, which is never usually a comfortable experience. Dr. Williams completely this quickly and with no pain. Drills are uncomfortable no matter what, but moving through this quickly and efficiently made it bearable. I cannot speak highly enough of Great Lakes Dental Arts!
