Dr. Pinyan and her amazing staff (Charlotte and Vickie to name a few) are awesome! They are so caring and friendly. Every time I'm in I always feel so welcome. My last visit my blood sugar dropped in the middle of my cleaning and literally almost all of the staff came to my rescue. They did not have to do that. I am so thankful to be able to come to such a kind, caring office.

After a long absence from the dentist's office, I finally faced the music and had to made an appointment because of a broken tooth with Dr. Pinyan. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional, while being uplifting and kind. Very clean and organized office. If you are looking for a wonderful experience at the dentist's office go here. The staff is nothing short of wonderful and Dr. Pinyan is very engaging. Our whole family has been going for years and we have never been disappointed. Took my elderly mother here based on a friend's recommendation, but was super-disappointed that Dr. Pinyan never contacted me with a treatment plan for my mom. I followed-up with three phone calls to the front-desk staff after our appointment and still never got a call back from the doctor. Granted, my mother's case was somewhat complicated because she'd neglected her teeth due to Alzheimer's Disease, but Dr. Pinyan seemed overwhelmed and came across as less-than-knowledgeable.
I could understand if this case was beyond her scope of expertise--but not returning my calls and never bothering to circle back with me about recommendations or referrals to someone who COULD help my mom--is unacceptable in my eyes.

I can honestly say I am no longer scared to go to the dentist! I had no pain with my tooth filling. With me being a little anxious and nervous about going to the dentist, the staff are honestly very patient, understanding, and also answered all questions that I had. Dr. Pinyan also talked me through what she was doing inside of my mouth, which made me feel more confident in knowing what to expect.
I remember sitting in the chair, thinking. how confident I was and how relaxed the office made me feel. Another kudos goes out to Jennifer, at the front desk! She was able to get with my insurance company, and got the best deal on my dental work. She actually saved me several dollars ($44 to be exact). I could not fathom going to another dental facility! Best staff and care in town!

I've been her patient for a few years now after moving to the area. I love the care i get in this office and the people give me even more reason to stay. I tried going to another office to save cash at one point since i switched insurance, but i'd rather pay the minor increase rather than give up this office. Sad the former hygienist retired (the best i'd ever had), but glad to see other great people join the team.
