Wow, GREAT dental practice. I chose this practice for my family as we recently moved to Providence, and I did so on the basis of positive patient reviews--and having now had our first appointments, we are thrilled with our choice. From top to bottom, we've really appreciated the staff's kindness, accessibility, thoroughness, insight and dedication. Our dental hygienists (Tracy and Crystal) are both INCREDIBLE--very knowledgeable, patient, great listeners, insightful, helpful, non-judgmental--everything you'd want to feel comfortable, secure and completely cared for. Dr Carlsten is present, generous and helpful and did not simply do that "breeze by" that some dentists do (that can make patients feel overlooked and barely considered).
And from the moment you walk in, the office manager creates an attentive, friendly and comforting space. From securing appointments to thorough dental care, no corners cut, it's great dentistry all round. It's rare one looks forward to dental appointments, but I have to say that we do.
