I love this dentist! Always feel comfortable and never nervous when I come here (only when I've been lack on my brushing) but Ms. Max and Dr. Moss are the best dentists and always make me feel right at home when I arrive And just look at my GORGEOUS TEETH!

It's so nice to be treated with respect and concern. Often I feel that I don't receive that kind of treatment in other medical facilities. Thank you for scheduling me ASAP to take care of my somewhat urgent issue and for Dr Moss efficiently carrying out the procedure professionally as well as giving me great advice on a successful recovery. This facility will be my go to dentist - even though it is a little trip for me.

Dr. Lail, Maxine, Bobbie and Stephanie were amazing! I came in today for a general check up and cleaning. Found out that my insurance wasn't accepted but I had such a great interaction with Maxine I was okay with paying out of pocket! Dr. Lail is so kind and professional, I knew I would be greatly taken care of. I look forward to going back again!

Fantastic first visit to Lail Family Dentistry! My dentist just retired, so followed the recommendation of many patients I know. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, hospitable, prompt and helpful. Both Nora and Dr. Callaway were punctual, attentive and thorough. I could say so many great things about this practice. I've been coming here for about 5 years now. Maxine, the dental hygienist is so very wonderful. She is always the sweetest and so kind. She has always been very gentle and thorough and I am well taken care of every time. Everyone in the practice is really kind really. The doctors make you feel comfortable and do a great job at explaining things to you as they are working. All in all, I would highly recommend them.
