I was referred here by our pediatrician for our infant daughter's tongue tie. From the first phone call to the end of our appointment, it went fantastically. The front office staff was super helpful in answering my questions and checking with the doctor before getting an apointment set up. They were also able to accommodate our schedule and get us in within day. The doctor had two very nice technicians help with the procedure and they stayed the entire time. Dr. Whalen was incredibly nice, caring and informative.

He was very thorough and I never felt rushed. I have never met a dentist more personable and trustworthy. He explained right off the bat that he didn't do any procedures that he didn't feel was necessary and I loved the honesty. He could be making a ton of money on tongue clippings, but he provides his services for practiaclly nothing. I was so lucky to have found him and this office. If only all of healthcare had such wonderful people and ethics.

Going to the dentist isn't t something my kids like doing. In spite of my best efforts, they've had negative experiences at other dental offices, plus have sensory integration issues and very strong gag reflexes.
