My primary care is done here and I do not have a single complaint. Andrea Becker is awesome, and so kind and caring.

Highly recommend! Very happy with my health care provider. Listens, takes their time, thorough, down to earth, doesn't get hung up on you mentioning health concerns during a "well" checkup like East Heights Family Care does. (Heartland not an LMH facility! )

I am amazed by how much Heartland offers the community! I love that we have one place to go for the whole family to get primary care and dentistry. Now that they have a pharmacy, that's one less place I have to stop after my appointment. Even though I now have insurance, I still think it's awesome how Heartland gives people without insurance a place to go for health care that doesn't feel like a "free clinic". So cool seeing their food pantry and how it seems like a cute little grocery store.

I have sat in the chair after a cleaning for 45 minutes waiting for a dentist to come check my teeth. They closed for a snow storm and did not call early appt patients to make aware. Even after confirming the day before. They said they would reach out for reschedule. Never did. I had a dentist appt the day of a giant snow storm. There was a weather advisory but the staff double confirmed the day before.
I did not answer but obviously, if they are confirming a second time the day before, I'm coming in because I won't get an appt for 3-4 months if I reschedule. Then I am at risk of needing to come in twice to get a check and a cleaning. I drove through the snow storm and almost wrecked a couple of times. I pulled in just barely in time for my 7:45 appt and they were closed. I received a text at 8:30 notifying me they were closed for the day. I understand they are serving an underserved community but surely you can do better.

One of the reception staff was very rude and not compassionate considering the fact that I'm very low income and disabled ie cannot pay for services. Other than that I think it's a great place.

Quality staff. They answered all my questions and I had a lot. I don't like going to the doctor and they were great. Great experience!
