Outstanding office culture! Professional, polite, warm and compassionate staff. Dr Schermer obviously sets the tone and is a very good listener. His treatment includes state of the art technology. He is very considerate and discusses options and gently guides you to the right decision! He is smart and has a great sense of humor! Everyone in the office is so kind and is the epitome of professionalism. I called for an urgent appointment (as a new patient) and was amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone was. Dr Andrea took her time in explaining my options and answered all of my questions. Liz went above and beyond, researching additional referral alternatives that might work better with my insurance. I never felt rushed, in fact each person I interacted with made me feel like I was the only patient they were taking care of. They also ensured that I didn't have any concerns or questions.

My dentist closed down due to COVID-19. I had a filling fall out and called Exceptional Smiles and they were able to get me in on an emergency visit. They were very nice. Awesome place. Thank you all so much.

I am always highly nervous when going to the dentist. The dentists and staff at Exceptional Smiles are true compassionate professionals. They always put me at ease. I very rarely experience any pain for my appointments for which I am glad. For someone who moves alot for work, having a dental practice like this is one I cherish. I highly recommend this great team!
