The Dr and staff were very wonderful. They were courteous and caring. I was on vacation and fell at the museum in Santa Barbara and damaged my front teeth cut my lip they took me right in and excellent care and after repositioning front top teeth and 15 stitches, I'm great! Their the best very skilled and quick. Thanks!

Had my wisdom teeth extraction Friday the 10th, and overall it was a positive experience. The staff is super friendly and nice, and both doctors do excellent work. My surgeon was David McAninch and I'd recommend him to anyone who is in the market for wisdom teeth extractions. In addition, Dr. McAninch personally called me the following day for a progress check, rather than an assistant, so much respect for that. If you're looking for a place to get your wisdom teeth extracted, go here!

I am a retired Beverly Hills dentist for over 24 years and recently moved to SB, had a very bad experience with a general dentist in SB resulting in the inability to open my mouth. (Lock-Jaw) After calling this dentist who told me to take a double dose of Aleve and call him once it got better. I knew I needed to find a professional for a second opinion. I called Dr. David L McAninch DDS, a well trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
His office staff was extremely pleasant and scheduled an appointment that same day. Dr McAninch was extremely thorough in his exam and prescribed medicine and exercises. His office is extremely professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to refer patients to him.

Definitely appreciate this office and would recommend to anyone in need of oral surgery. I came in after having occasional issues with my 3 wisdom teeth. The first visit was quick and easy. X-rays were done and everything was explained to me in detail. I had dental insurance, but not the best, and luckily Jana was able to get them to pay for one wisdom tooth extraction, which alone saved me a good chunk of money.
Surgery with Dr McAninch went well and as expected. Unfortunately, I developed a lot of pain from the location the lower wisdom tooth was removed from. I reached out and was immediately booked with Dr Kiken, who informed me I had the dreaded dry socket in that spot. I ended up going to the office daily for just under a week in order to get the dressings changed. I really appreciated how flexible the office was with me, especially when I was coming in every day. I'm now just over a year out from surgery, and haven't even thought about my wisdom teeth in the past year, so happy camper over here!
