SHADY PRACTICE! I patronized McDuffie for 3+ years. I never had to pay a deductible or out-of-pocket expenses for regular dental check ups. However, during my last visit, McDuffie snuck additional x-rays (that I never requested) into by bill without providing any explanation. I was shocked and surprised when I received a bill for the deductible related to the additional x-rays. What a rip-off! I went to this Dentist because I wanted to support a black business.
It is unfortunate that a black business run by Dr. Jamel McDuffie would do something as shady as sneaking unnecessary and unrequested services into a patient's bill without first explaining it to them. She has totally lost all the credibility and goodwill I initially ascribed to her.
