I arrived for my first appointment and was told that my insurance isn't accepted and the service would be $99. The Insurance Coordinator called one hour before appointment to confirm the information from my dental card. Another phone call to say my coverage isn't accepted would have saved me a 90 min round trip drive. I was referred to this office but will not return based on this experience and lack of customer service. I will find another office for dental care.

I always have a great experience here. I've moved 30 minutes away but I still keep coming back. All of the hygienists are awesome - so caring, friendly and even fun! The dentists are all amazing as well. Highly recommend!

Love my hygienist! She is very gentle, checks in with how I'm doing, positive, and a delight to see. I have found Dr. Stansell to have a kind disposition as well. I have not needed any procedures, so I cannot comment there, but I have been a faithful patient for 6 years : it's a beautiful practice with big windows and a view of lush green trees. I really appreciated how they implemented new safety procedures for the COVID pandemic.

Been a patient for a few years and have consistently been pleased. The only thing I don't care for is that I get a different hygienist each time. While they're all nice and professional, I sometimes prefer getting the same person once I find a really nice person.

I've been in the Raleigh area my entire life and have tried many dentists. Many of whom have given me false diagnoses, extra charges, etc. But, I've finally found a home! I had the pleasure of visiting their new office (it's clean & gorgeous) and had an excellent first time experience. Few other highlights: - Online scheduling was a breeze - Reminder emails helpful - Front desk staff extremely friendly/helpful Last but not least, my hygienist Rebecca was absolutely amazing! She was gentle, pleasant, realistic, and credible. Dr. Lu was also great.

Stansell Dentistry in Brier Creek is a beautiful office with an exceptional staff. They have moved into a new space which is beautiful. Everyone you come in contact with are professional and know their specialty. Customer service and quality care is still alive in this practice when it is lacking in so many others. I would highly recommend anyone to go to. I have been going here since 2014.

I went in for a cleaning, x-rays, and a check-up. Hannah was a careful and precise hygienist. She did a great job! Dr. Yu was clear in her diagnosis of a cracked filling and why it needed to be replaced. I was in and out in a little under an hour with follow-up appointments scheduled. I like the new office. It was another positive and productive appointment at Stansell Dentistry Associates.

I've been going to the Brier Creek Stansell dentistry location since 2012 & the staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous & kind. The office is beautiful, with a saltwater aquarium, leather waiting chairs, & hardwood floors. Overall a very good experience! Procedures I have had include routine checkups & cleanings, as well as Invisalign. Dr. Garfinkle is great, never in a rush to get to the next patient, & thorough. Rebecca, my dental hygienist, is a joy! For those who don't like going to the dentist, give Stansell a shot! They might change your mind.

Dr. G and Lauren are AWESOME. I happened to be looking for a great dental office in brier creek so I wouldn't have to travel far, and I found this office. From the first phone call with Jennifer to my first office visit, I felt like I mattered! Every thing was explained to me using words I knew, Lauren was so professional I thought she was the dentist and not a hygienist! Dr. G is such a patient sweet individual making me feel like he is just a great human, nothing was rushed with him while he was working on my teeth. This location in brier creek by far is a great place if your looking for a dental office.

I've been to this office twice. Both times have been very pleasant. Courtney is a sweetheart, I explained to her my fears due to previous dental experiences, she took time to explain what would take place and what I should expect throughout the procedures. They make an effort to get you in sooner if there are cancellations. And so far there have been no issues with billing! Staff from front to back are awesome!

Haven't been to a Dentist in quite a long time (shame on me) had I known about Stansell Dentistry I would have been at their door sooner. Everyone was very nice. Although I was very nervous and probably stumbled on some of words, they were all very professional. And that meant a lot. It was a Good Day! Thanks Stansell!

Dr. Stansell and her staff are wonderful! I have very high dental anxiety, and they go out of their way to make me feel at ease during every visit. Their staff is friendly and very communicative about the process. All of the dentists are very patient and let you know about their progress during a procedure. They also offer Netflix and Pandora during your visit. After visit care instructions are clear and short. They even offer advice on adjusting daily habits that are not cost prohibitive. I 100% recommend them. They clearly put the patient first.

As many people do, I hate the dentist. I've been to Stansell twice- once for a cleaning and then for 3 fillings. I've never had a easier/pain free/quick experience with a dentist before. 100% would recommend! The staff is very professional, friendly, and high quality.

My kids and I been going to Stansell Dentistry for 5 years and I LOVE this experience. So professional, fast, and nice staff. I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes after I check-in to start my visit. They even provide Netflix during your cleaning which is a good distraction for me and even better for my kids. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent visit as always at Brier Creek location. This is my 2nd or 3rd visit during Covid-19 pandemic, and I am confident they follow all the guidelines. I've been coming here for a few years now and have been very satisfied with both dental work and preventive care. I also have found their billing department to be competent in dealing with insurance. What more can I ask for?

Courtney, at the Brier Creek office, has been my professional hygienist for 2 years. She has knowledgeable skills, is professionally personable and gentle. I also get checked by Dr. Lu each visit. She conducts a thorough examination, offers advice and doesn't pressure you to proceed with dental work. This office is following all COVID-19 safety protocols and I have felt 100% safe in their care. I highly recommend Stansell Dentistry-Brier Creek!

I've been going here for years and it used to be absolutely amazing. Over the past couple of years it's gotten very crowded to the point where patients are rushed in and out and I have to leave multiple messages to get a response. Everyone there is nice and courteous but it just seems they are accepting more patients than they can handle, and they aren't valuing their loyal customers.

Beautiful office! Friendly staff! Great care! They were efficient but prior to making my appointment I asked if they took my dental insurance. They said they did but at the time of my appointment they said I was "out of network." I wish I knew this. I submitted all my paperwork including insurance details weeks prior to my appointment just to avoid this. I went forward with my dental check up but had to change dentists knowing that I had to have fillings. I was not willing to pay more for services when I could go to an in network dentist. It was a disappointment because I liked the office and its staff.

Switched to Stansell after a not so great experience with another local dental office. This experience was night and day better. Everyone was very welcoming. The dentist was super patient and explained everything. They even let my little girl pick a prize (even though she wasn't the patient). The office was also very clean and aesthetically pleasing; and prices on services were very reasonable.

Love this place! Beautiful office and super friendly staff. Hadn't been to the dentist in a long long time and picked them based on proximity and reviews. Great choice! Dr. Adams was very thorough, caring and attentive. Kat did a great job cleaning these old chompers. They've got all the cool gear as well. I really appreciated the way they explained everything they were doing along the way. I was also pleased how clear they were in discussing the cost of everything, nothing hidden. Netflix and Pandora provides a distraction if needed. Don't think twice just go!

This is my 2nd visit and staff is very friendly. The dentist hygienist was very sensitive doing the procedure and answered all my questions. Even Dr Stansell was very professional when checking my teeth. I did recommend my niece Togo here and she liked this place also. There is hardly any wait time. They come get you actually at the time of your appointment.

Very glad I came here. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years, my own irresponsibility. I knew I probably needed a lot of work. I expected some lecturing about my teeth, but there wasn't any. They were very professional and took care of me. They worked with me to get everything scheduled and knocked out as soon as possible. Deep cleaning, two crowns (in process) and fillings later and my smile is completely different. Hygienist Bryn and Dr Hoang are fantastic. A sincere Thank You to everyone there!

As relaxing as a trip to the dentist can be. Very friendly staff, hygienists, and dentists who are all very consultative in their approach. You have the option for music or Netflix if you really want to not focus on the ongoing cleaning. Additionally, the rooms are all very peaceful and tranquil.
