Do not recommend. New patients be aware. They insisted to call pharmacy directly for my prescription. I called the dental office consecutively for 3 days and they still didn't contact the pharmacy. I called the front desk again on Friday, and he said that they will do so before the dental office close at 5 pm. The pharmacy said that they never recieved the request when I am at the counter so I had to wait over the weekend to get my prescription after I called the dental office on Monday to complained about the one week delay.
Today I went into the referred endodontic office, and found out that Smile Design never sent any X-ray, which supposed to be done two weeks ago. I am changing dentist, and can not recommend anyone to come to this place.

What a missed opportunity. I do not recommend this place to my family or friends. I scheduled my appointment a month ago and thought I was set up because the receptionist took all my information down and who gave me a schedule and time. I also submitted my information online through their website, but when I arrived as scheduled I was never in the system. Smile design should pay me for my missed appointment

Its been years since I went to the dentist and mostly because I always have horrible visits it always left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. This week I went to see Dr. Cooper, just because my wife made me. Her staff is amazing. It was not uncomfortable as Dr. Cooper has angel hands very gentle. She and her staff also took the time to explain things that were being done and why it was being done and didn't make you feel bad with the typical "ohhh you need to floss better, we can tell you don't." We will definitely be going back to stay on top of things. The whole family will be going back. Even their prices are amazing!

Highly recommend to anyone in need of a caring dentist that really takes her time. She was willing to go slow with me because I have HORRIBLE dental anxiety. In the past I was very dependent on the laughing gas to get through my appointments but Dr. Cooper helped me to overcome my fears to where I don't need it at any appointment. LOVE HER! THANK YOU DR.
