This office has the friendliest staff! Everyone is kind and welcoming. Bernie, Paige, and all the women in this office make each visit very pleasant. Dr. Lee is also very kind and thorough. I definitely recommend their services!

I LOVE BURK AND FLINN! They have such a nice staff, and they all asked how I was doing all the time! Dr. Lee was such a relatable orthodontist! He described everything to me in a way that I could understand, and I am so thankful that he got to help me! I would highly recommend this office!

Conflicted, although the braces did help tremendously with my jaw, the treatment ended up with me having a deep bite. I felt that my treatment at the time nearing the end was quite rushed and abrupt. I knew something was still off about my bite, but they seemed to disregard my concerns. Two years later I went to another orthodontist and he told me I had a deep bite. Which is unfortunate considering the amount of money that was spent on the treatment.
Overall the staff were nice, though the orthodontists themselves were iffy. I wish my concerns were taken more seriously at the time, now I have to spend more money to fix my bite alignment so there won't be as much wear and tear on my teeth. Such a shame.
