Sleep Apnea Treatment
Our practice specializes in non-invasive sleep apnea solutions using custom oral appliances. Dr. Chelury, certified by the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, creates personalized devices that reposition the jaw to keep airways open during sleep. This treatment benefits patients who cannot tolerate CPAP machines, offering a portable, comfortable alternative that improves sleep quality and reduces health risks associated with untreated apnea.
Periodontal Treatment
We provide comprehensive periodontal care including deep cleanings, scaling, and root planing for gum disease management. Advanced diagnostics like digital X-rays and periodontal charting identify disease stages, enabling tailored treatment plans. Regular maintenance visits help prevent progression of gum issues, which research links to systemic conditions like diabetes and heart disease, ensuring both oral and overall health improvements.
Fillings
Tooth-colored composite fillings restore decayed or damaged teeth while maintaining natural aesthetics. Our minimally invasive approach preserves healthy tooth structure, using durable materials that bond directly to the tooth. Patients receive education on cavity prevention strategies, including proper brushing techniques and dietary recommendations, to extend the longevity of restorations and prevent future decay.
Crowns and Dentures
Custom crowns and dentures restore function and appearance for damaged or missing teeth. Crowns cover weakened teeth after root canals or large fillings, while dentures replace multiple missing teeth. We use high-quality materials for durability and natural appearance, with digital impressions ensuring precise fit. Patients receive care instructions to maintain these restorations for long-term oral health.
Implants
Implant-supported restorations provide permanent tooth replacement solutions. Our process includes surgical placement of titanium posts that fuse with jawbone tissue, followed by custom crowns or bridges. Digital planning tools ensure optimal implant positioning for longevity and aesthetics. Patients experience improved chewing function and facial structure preservation compared to traditional dentures.

I've been going to Amberly Family Dentistry for many years. It's close to my house and the clinic is clean and cozy. Dr. Chelury and the whole team are great to work with! I normally do routine cleaning twice a year, but Dr. Chelury also helped me with customized night guard, filings/crowns, and referring me to the TMJ specialist. It's been several years since my filings/crown procedure and I don't have any issues. Thank you Dr. Chelury!

I came here in 2020 and got 4 fillings. Im at a new dentist now and they are shocked at how they were filled. On one of them I just got a root canal treatment/new crown. (the doctor here said I might need one soon but just did the normal filling). I feel like I needed one then but she didn't want to do it. The next one i need treatment on, the filling is so massive, they said it should have never been put on if it was going to be that large.
Since its so large its deteriorating away, so now i have to get a new crown on that tooth too. They also examined the rest of my mouth and the 2 other fillings she did here are not holding up. Ill need new crowns on those teeth too. 4 grand later. Fillings should last YEARS, not barely 2. Not to mention one of the teeth that I got a filling on here got infected. They also couldn't numb me correctly so I had to come back a second time for that same tooth. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else.
