Next Smile+Implant is a modern dental practice in Thousand Oaks, CA, serving patients across the Conejo Valley with advanced implant, restorative, and cosmetic care in a calm, comfortable setting. Our fully digital workflow, including CBCT 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, and digital X-rays, allows precise diagnosis and planning, and our on-site dental lab lets us design and refine crowns, veneers, and full-arch restorations under one roof.The practice is led by Dr. Saeed Yazdianpour, DMD, MSD, FICOI, a prosthodontist and implant surgeon who earned his DMD from Boston University and completed his prosthodontics residency and Master of Science in Dentistry at UTHealth Houston. He handles the practice's most advanced cases, from single implants to All-on-X and zygomatic implants, and is certified in IV sedation. He is joined by Dr. Kiana Rezaei, DDS, a cosmetic and restorative dentist who completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at UTHealth Houston with training in digital and cosmetic dentistry and smile design.
Our services include exams with 3D imaging, cleanings, tooth-colored fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures and partials, root canals, full mouth reconstruction, teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, bonding, extractions, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and emergency dental care. Nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation are available for anxious patients, along with comforts like warm blankets and headphones. Since you walk in to the office at Thousand Oaks they are friendly and trustworthy they explain everything you need to know how to apply for credit, they have a lot of options.

The office and staff worked well through out the entire process,making sure the time needed was not rushed. The extractions needed are the most uncomfortable part of the transformation. I was talked to face to face to explain all of the procedures and what and how it would go moving forward. I have had the final implants installed for several weeks now and am very happy and great full to the staff at smile next

Dr. Rezaei, Dr. Saeed and the entire team are friendly, professional and genuinely care about
my dental health. For the first time in a long time, I didn't feel rushed during my cleaning. I also
wasn't happy with my crooked bottom teeth, and instead of jumping straight to crowns or dental
bonding, Dr. Rezaei recommended Invisalign so I wouldn't have to alter my healthy natural
enamel. It also ended up being a much more cost-effective option than crowns, which I really

Dr. Saeed and his office are fantastic! His work on my mouth is better than any of the previous specialists I've seen over the decades. Everything is handled at his office - from advanced imaging to custom implants and devices. The final product looks nice!
My dentist and cosmetic dentist in Northern California recommended Dr. Saeed to me, despite the distance. His staff has made it very easy to travel for appointments. The initial surgery went well and I woke with minimal pain and somehow looked already so much better after waking from anesthesia.
I have some trauma in my face, and noticed immediate relaxation in my neck, cheeks, and jaw joint areas. I'm smiling so much more! I love this confidence!
I had braces twice - once as a child and once as an adult, but my bite kept moving. I had oral maxillofacial surgery, requiring brutal ICU stay a few days post-op. Something later happened to upset my right jaw joint area, making my mouth one of the most complicated my specialists treat. They were unanimous about Dr. Saeed. I had an ankylosed tooth that my skilled oral surgeon wouldn't touch, but Dr. Saeed treated it. He's highly skilled and answers all of my questions, no matter how random.
Someone is always available by text or phone post-op. They treat you like family when you're in their care. Everything's gone well once I called them. I feel very fortunate!

Very truly I tell you that within my capacity as a professional RN for over 50 years, I have never encountered or worked with a more talented, skilled, professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and meticulous doctor as Dr. Saeed. In addition, I found Dr. Saeed to be respectful, personable, diligent, thoughtful, compassionate, calm, and a true gentleman! During my initial consultation within his office which is quite, relaxed, and a modern environment with high tech equipment, I met the staff who are welcoming, friendly, helpful, courteous, polite, attentive and supportive people. I was provided with an individualized plan of care along with an itemized financial statement which we thoroughly discussed and all my many questions and concerns were addressed and answered in detail. The procedure I was scheduled for was thoroughly described to me as well so I knew what to expect which lessened my anxiety. The outcome of my treatment including my new dentures surpassed my expectations! This was the result of Dr. Saeeds unique talents and attention to detail as the devices fit perfectly and look exceptionally beautiful! I now have a lovely smile thanks to the best oral surgeon!
