Excellent dentist with fabulous staff. Both Dr. Smith and his hygienist were extremely diligent to assure my crown fit perfectly. The next day they saw me immediately to take care of remaking a nighttime mouth guard. I cannot say enough good things about everyone in this office.

Most importantly they have the best staff. Being nervous coming in they made me very comfortable from beginning to end. Really glad to find such an awesome place! Sean at front desk is beyond awesome. Holly did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and just making my whole time comfortable.

I really enjoyed working with them from the beginning. They accommodated my communication preference via email and answered my questions and confirmed my insurance benefits quickly and easily. I was able to complete all required paperwork online so I didn't have to come in early to complete it prior to my appointment. My wait time was extremely short.

I loved my hygienist, Holly, whom was so pleasant to chat with and recommended a very neat item to help maintain my implants. I inquired of costs for future services and Sean was able to quickly get me estimates and discuss them. The implants and replacement hardware i have aren't the brand that they use and they're ordering supplies for me so that I'm able to get updates as I need them and stay consistent with replacement pieces that align with the implants that I have. They made me feel comfortable and welcome by being personable and I really appreciated that. So glad they're who I chose to give my business to!

First visit to this dental office. Front desk folks Sean and Mary were very pleasant and super helpful. Hygienist Holly was very personable and thorough. Dr Smith was very nice, answered my questions and arranged for a consultation with the oral surgeon. Highly recommend!

Shane and his staff are very nice and helpful. I have seen Dr Shane Smith at his previous practice. He fixed a crown that was incorrectly done by another dentist. Dr Smith was very thorough and made sure the crown was perfectly seated and was at the correct bite level as all my other teeth. Pain staking work that he made sure was done correctly and that I was satisfied before he finished. Highly recommend! Great dentist and caring person that really cares about his patients comfort and satisfaction.

I'm terrified of dentists but Sean, the front desk clerk, made me so comfortable and the rest of the staff is super sweet. They made sure I felt NO PAIN. They didn't bash me for not going to the dentist like I should, they didn't act any kind of way but professional and sweet. I'm definitely going back!

I had a root canal. The experience was nothing like my first one. I was nervous about walking around with a semi-empty space in my mouth. Honestly you cannot tell I had a root canal done. They were very professional and helpful. He made it comfortable and there was no pain! I will definitely be going back! Thanks

At the age of 64 i found myself in need of significant dental work. I needed implants with dentures. Dentist are not my favorite Doctors and i would make up any excuse not to go. I met with Shane to review what was needed in order for me to be able to smile again and actually chew food. After this consultation along with meeting his Staff Shawn, Holly and Hanna i was comfortable in saying "Ok lets get this Done" I have to say the level of care and making me feel comfortable was excellent during the 8 implants being installed not one time did i feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Shane Smith to friends and family

The dentist and staff are very friendly and nice! I am recommending people to use him. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and skilled. He will listen to your needs. The office is under interior renovation and will come back shining. The staff and dentist are amazing!
