About Our Doctors
Report
Dr. Pezza was born and raised in Rhode Island. A graduate of Cranston East High School, he completed an accelerated two-year program at St. Louis University, earning him early entrance into St. Louis University's School of Dentistry, where he was elected President of his class. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from St. Louis University in 1966. Following his dental school graduation, he served his country in Europe during the Vietnam War as a Captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps.
