Services
TMJ Therapy
Our TMJ therapy addresses temporomandibular joint disorders through non-invasive techniques like oral splints, shockwave therapy, and trigger point treatments. We target causes such as arthritis, teeth grinding, or jaw misalignment to relieve pain in the jaw, face, and head. Patients benefit from customized plans combining physical therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and advanced technology for lasting relief from symptoms like clicking, locking, or chronic headaches.
Sleep Apnea Treatment
We offer personalized sleep apnea solutions including oral appliance therapy, laser treatment, and positional therapy. Our custom-fitted devices reposition the jaw to keep airways open during sleep, providing effective alternatives to CPAP machines. Diagnostic assessments identify severity levels, while multidisciplinary approaches address contributing factors like TMJ disorders. Patients experience improved sleep quality and reduced daytime fatigue through non-invasive, comfortable treatment options.
Laser Therapy
Our state-of-the-art laser therapy treats orofacial pain, inflammation, and TMJ-related conditions using dual-wavelength technology. This non-surgical method accelerates tissue healing, reduces swelling, and alleviates chronic pain in the jaw, mouth, and surrounding muscles. It serves as an adjunct to TMJ therapy and addresses conditions like burning mouth syndrome or post-surgical recovery, offering patients drug-free pain management with minimal downtime.
Bruxism Management
We diagnose and manage bruxism through protective oral appliances, muscle relaxants, and behavioral therapies. Custom nightguards prevent enamel damage while addressing underlying causes like stress or sleep disorders. Adjunctive treatments include low-level laser therapy and electromedicine to relieve jaw muscle tension. Our approach reduces tooth wear, facial pain, and headaches associated with unconscious teeth grinding during sleep.
Oral Exams
Comprehensive oral exams assess dental health, TMJ function, and orofacial pain indicators. Using digital imaging and clinical evaluations, we detect early signs of decay, gum disease, and structural abnormalities. These exams form the foundation for preventive care plans and identify candidates for specialized treatments like sleep apnea therapy. Regular checkups help maintain oral health and prevent systemic complications linked to poor dental hygiene.

They just want your money, I don't know where all these 5 star reviews came from. I went for TMJ and the only solution was paying 3200 for a mouth guard.

I love Dr Fattah! He's a great dentist & TMJ specialist, who also knows about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. He does what I call "wet needling", which is like dry needling, but with lidocaine (which is so much better than dry needling IMO!), has fitted me with an appliance for TMJ & his prices are very reasonable for a TMJ specialist. Also, when getting dentistry, he understands that I need breaks & even massages my jaw when it hurts in between.

He & his office are so accommodating. It helps to bring a neck roll & tush cush, so I always bring them with me & they fully understand & put paper over the neck roll & work around it. Such a great guy, he's compassionate & empathetic in addition to being a great dentist & TMJ specialist.

I have been seeing Dr. Fattah since I was about 8 years old. A great practice that treats you like family. Dr. Fattah is not only a great dentist, but a TMJ specialist as well. Staff is always very kind, and always has your best interest in mind. The only dentist office I don't get scared of going too. Would definitely recommend checking Dr. Fattah out of your are looking for a new dentist.

I've been seeing Dr. AbdelFattah for nearly 3 years now. I've worked in dentistry for the past 10 years, and there is no one I trust more with my teeth than Dr. AbdelFattah. I got several fillings done as well as a sleep study. He is extremely gentle and treats me like family. He explains everything thoroughly, and I always leave the office knowing more than when I walked in. As someone who works in the industry, I can attest that this level of quality patient care is rare. Dr. AbdelFattah is the best!

Dr. Fattah and his staff are excellent. Everyone is profession, caring, and they do great work. Dr. Fattah is very experienced and he truly cares for his patients. He is always on time, which is very important to working professionals. The front desk does a good job of following up as well, and scheduling/keeping appointments as promised. I am glad I found this Dentist and his staff, and I highly recommend them.
