My first visit the paperwork asked me to rate my anxiety at seeing a dentist from 1 to 10, 1 high anxiety and 10 low anxiety. I put -1. After my second visit they're an 11 now! I am forever thankful! They explained everything, were very patient, and worked with my schedule to get everything done before I leave town.

Finally a dental office that just feels right. From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients through check out, I was shown A+ customer service. Everyone was friendly and informative. They answered any and all questions I had. Was pleasantly surprised that both the tech and the doctor had obviously read my file before they walked in the room.
So often many offices feel like automated machine factories and there is no personal touch or comfort in the team caring for your needs. Boss Dental was different. I felt they took a real care for my dental problem. I am so happy to have heard about this place and look forward to having Boss Dental as my primary dentist for the entire family.

I want to thank all the staff who assisted in getting my husband in as a new patient. It was urgent and all were so very efficient and KIND. Missed our appointment because I was sick with a note from the doctor. Called the day of my appointment to reschedule and some rude woman on the phone said since we were a new patient we could not reschedule and we would have to find another dentist. She answered like wanted to rub it in our face we missed the appointment for some reason? I don't know why you wouldn't reschedule someone even with a note from a doctor. Extremely unprofessional.

I've seen Dr. Packard for the last three years and my husband's seen him for the last two. Our experience with the Dr. has been pretty positive - he's direct, patient in answering questions, and was kind when handling my anxiety over a crown. The dental assistants are all very sweet - never had a bad day with them.

I have been coming to boss dental since I was a kid. The staff and dentists here are really great. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel as comfortable as possible on a dental appt. good thing is they have tv's playing in each exam room which is a nice distraction. Another perk is since you usually make appts about six months out, about a week before you are frequently getting reminder texts messages to your phone of your appt date and time. I like that since I can be forgetful. And I can say I don't mind going to my next dentist visit!
