His interest in dentistry began at an early age deciding on dentistry as a career in 7th grade. His college years were spent at the University of Portland, graduating with a B.S. in Biology.

Cosmetic bonding is a procedure in which a tooth-colored, composite resin material is applied to your teeth and sculpted to cover or replace a problem area in your smile. The material bonds to your teeth like glue. It is then "cured" or hardened with a special ultraviolet light. Cosmetic bonding is faster and cheaper than veneers or crowns, and can thus be a good option to make small cosmetic improvements to your teeth. Unlike veneers and crowns, bonding can be done within one office visit since nothing has to be made at a dental laboratory.
